Chuck Baldwin was leading but in one 24 hour period organized Ralph Nader fans took the lead with nearly 200 votes in one day.

CNN poll: Founders would be disappointed with the nation today

As it turns out most Americans think our founding fathers would be very confused about our weekend celebrations as they would likely not be very impressed with the modern day citizen.
According to a new CNN/Opinion Research Corp. survey, 69 percent of adult Americans who responded to a poll June 26 - 29 said the signers of the Declaration of Independence would be disappointed by the way the nation has turned out overall.
There has been a sharp increase of those who believe America is going in the wrong direction since 2001.
We are still proud to hail from The United States with 89 percent saying, they are extremely to very proud to be Americans. Rightfully so as the engaged citizen in the U. S. still has an opportunity to shape the future through political discourse.
Lets make the founders proud and get involved in you local school board, water board, city council - donate to candidate(s) who truly reflect you values and as always call and write your representatives. 43% Said illegal immigration and sovereignty.
40% Said Federal Reserve policy, inflation and the falling value of the dollar.
34% Said increasing trend toward Socialism.
30% Said out of control Washington spending and bureaucracy.
30% Said foreign policy and pre - emptive warfare.
Total number of voter 122, each person could choose two issues.
