YouTube in Britain to ban any footage showing weapons as Members of Parliament (MP’s) say they want more control over internet content. Home Secretary Jacqui Smith welcomed the YouTube ban and called on other internet sites to follow suit.
YouTube spokesman cites the necessity to obey “local laws and sensitivities” they then employ perverse logic saying banning videos of weapons is now somehow related to an existing ban on NAZI footage, clearly trying to associate any gun or knife owner with the NAZI’s.
The YouTube spokesman goes on to say, “We have just established a new policy in the UK to prohibit this kind of material, and with the help of our community we’ll continue to work to keep YouTube as a platform for safe and lawful expression.”
Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith pleased with the ban says, “This is a real step forward. I would like to see other internet service providers follow suit to reinforce our message that violence will not be tolerated either on the internet or in the real world.” According to Smith owning weapons or taking pictures of your weapons is now considered an act of violence and is unlawful.
And just in case you might want to question the merits of censoring the internet, in July the Culture, Media and Sport select committee in UK’s Parliament called for a new industry body to be set up to protect children from harmful content on the web. Therefore you will be losing your rights as a citizen not because the government is tyrannical but because it is for the children.
In recent weeks the internet and particularly YouTube a hugely popular site used by people globally to share information and opinion has come under attack from a multitude of world wide government agencies and from a sinister more decentralized effort to report legitimate information channels claiming they are in violation of YouTube policies.
Many believe this is an planned effort to censor and eventually control all content on the web. Governments are accustomed to having full control over information sources but the web has proven to be a huge problem as information is reaching the masses without being approved or filtered by the state.
The Pentagon is so concerned about the free flow of information on the interenet and its complete inability to control it, the web is refered to as an “enemy weapons system.”

Around 6:00 PM in Phoenix, Arizona Ron Paul supporter and Constitutional activist Jason Shelton was arrested for a second time in as many weeks for protesting private companies owned by foreign interest spying on American citizens.
It all began around 4:45 PM local time when 30 people gathered to protest the use of photo radar enforcement vans at the intersection of Scottsdale and Shea Blvd. Lawful protesters were holding signs and passing out pamphlets to passersby. Motorist in the area showed their support by waving their arms and beeping car horns, but the occupants of two GMC vans were not amused. In fact they were covertly surveilling the group with video cameras, gathering intel for secret files I suppose.
The undaunted Jason Shelton walked up to the unmarked vans with his camera and began to film the vehicles, occupants and the license plate numbers, soon several other protesters with cameras approached the vans and began to film also. Basically everyone was having fun filming everyone else and the mood was light.
However within just a couple of minutes four vehicles with seven men quickly appeared on the scene only one individual could be identified as an actual Scottsdale Police Officer. The others wore street clothes driving unmarked cars, the individuals in street clothes refused to identify themselves as law enforcement officers nor did they provide a badge or badge number when asked.
These secret police who work for who knows took Jason Shelton, videographer and reporter for Freedom’s Phoenix into custody erasing the video on his camera and charged him with theft. What he stole is up to speculation, my theory is he was arrested for stealing the souls of the occupants of the photo radar vans - blood sucking vampires hate to be photographed.
The state of Arizona plans on generating $10 million a month in fines from Arizona citizens with their new toys and Jason Shelton is really putting a wrench in their plans. Now is the time to give some of the money Jason and other activist have saved you in fraudulent fines and help with his defense fund, it will make you feel good :-).

On January 29, 2008, SPD was contacted by an Ebay buyer in Canada regarding an online vehicle purchase where the seller failed to make the vehicle available to the buyer.
The seller, a 43yr old male resident of Ontario, Canada, gave the following account:
On 11-18-2007 he was at his home in Canada looking on EBay for vehicles for sale. He saw a 1988 Pontiac Fiero Enterra for sale priced at US$10,299.99. The item location was listed in Scottsdale. He bid and won the item, agreeing to pay an additional US$2000 for shipping costs. He made contact with the seller, later determined to by Jason Shelton, and an agreement was made to wire the funds to Mr. Shelton’s bank account. The buyer wired the funds to Mr. Shelton’s bank account as instructed. Once the funds were received and verified, the agreement was that Shelton would make the vehicle available for pick-up within two weeks. On 11-19-2008, the buyer received confirmation that Shelton received the funds.
Over the next 9 weeks, the buyer reported numerous attempts to contact Mr. Shelton via phone and email. All attempts were unsuccessful and after 9 weeks, and the car was never delivered or made available to the buyer. He then contacted Scottsdale police to report the theft.
Detectives working this case were able to confirm through bank and computer records that Mr. Shelton received the US$12,300 as a result of the EBay transaction.
On 2-28-2008, the case detective located the 1988 Fiero parked at 4383 N. Parkway, in a parking space assigned to Jason Shelton, in unit #504. Attempts to contact Mr. Shelton were unsuccessful. The car was seized and impounded at SPD as evidence on this day.
On August 27, 2008 Mr. Shelton was arrested for an unrelated crime. Detectives attempted to question Shelton at the SPD jail, but he was not cooperative and they were unable to interview him. [This is a serious crime Shelton is being accused of as any libertarian knows. But this paragraph makes no sense...either they had the goods on Shelton or they did not. They let him go.]
Since the August 27 contact, detectives in this case developed probable cause for Mr. Shelton’s arrest, however, had been unsuccessful in their attempts to contact/arrest Mr. Shelton.
On 9-18-2008, SPD learned [monitored] of a planned photo enforcement demonstration by a group that Mr. Shelton associated with. Detectives went to the publicized demonstration site (Scottsdale/Shea) to locate and arrest Shelton. Once there, Mr. Shelton was located and arrested without incident at 6:45 PM.
Shelton was booked on a single felony Theft/Fraud charge and held in custody.

YouTube has shown a desire to satisfy the requests of Senator Joseph Lieberman (R-Israel) by implementing S-1959 the “Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007″ even before it has be debated, voted on or passed as law.
YouTube has begun to delete accounts owned by those who have criticized members of the government and advocated a return to the rule of law by following The United States Constitution.
Commonly referred to as the “Thought Crime Prevention Act” this bill is not designed to rein in foreign terrorist but rather restrict the speech and conduct of American Citizens. Under the broad definitions this act can be used against any individual or group promoting a political, religious or social belief not approved by the federal government. It is the stated belief of Lieberman and his colleagues in Washington, “homegrown terrorism and ideologically based violence exists in the United States and poses a threat to homeland security.”
Joseph Lieberman and his neo-conservative friends in Congress believe the next front for “The War on Terrror” is the United States. Citing the internet as a major tool for these domestic terrorist saying that it has provided a constant stream of terrorist-related propaganda. This would include those who often mention The Constitution or defending The Constitution, the intention of Lieberman’s S-1959 is to “eradicate these threats.”
Don’t think for a moment because you do not “look” like a terrorist or “talk” like a terrorist this bill does not directly target you. Section 899B Paragraph (7) states, “Individuals prone to violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence span all races, ethnicities, and religious beliefs, and individuals should not be targeted based solely on race, ethnicity, or religion.”
Marta Costello and the gnooze (the g is silent) crew get tear gassed by government enforcement agents funded and directed by Homeland Security on September 2nd around 8:02 PM - EST. There was no verbal warning made to the protesters as the troopers in black riot gear opened fire with chemical weapons and flash bangs.

Marta Costello nervously interviews observers and participant of a RNC protest by the Poor People’s Economic Human Rights Campaign. It would only be a few hours before Marta would experience the oppression of the new world order police state.
Funded and directed by the Department of Homeland Security Minneapolis police raided homes of the ‘RNC Welcoming Committee.’ With their guns drawn police forced everyone to the floor to be cuffed and searched including a 5 year old child. No one was arrested but all were photographed and identified for government files.
The government is being very secretive about the cause of the illegal search not revealing the reason at this time, but those on the scene claim officers said they believed there were ‘bomb making materials’ located at the residents. No bomb making materials were found, instead U. S. citizens were enjoying dinner and watching a movie. The owners of the homes were latter fined for violating obscure fire code(s).
