It didn’t take the military style youth group known as City Year very long before living up to their fascist image. Days after Daily Newscaster posted a commercial produced with tax payers funds City Year has filed a copy right infringement complaint with YouTube a site notorious for its censorship.
Apparently fair use for purposes of educating and informing do not apply. Considering the flagrant misapplication of Fair Use laws and First Amendment violations by YouTube we consider the warning posted on Daily Newscaster’s channel as a badge of honor.
You can see the commercial for “Obama’s Youth Corp” here.
Recently YouTube and Google have censored videos made by radio talk show host and film maker Alex Jones. Considering Jones creates his own content and does not use copyrighted music the removal of his channel by YouTube is odd. Perhaps the real reason for censoring Jones is his impact on the culture.
Simple take a look at the screen capture taken from Lycos, Jones and his marque website Infowars are top searches.

Lunatic Fringe responds: Can you believe there are Americans that openly attack civil liberties? There is an entire cabal of blood thirsty statist control freaks blogging against freedom and liberty.
From Charles Johnson’s Little Green Pea Brains:
Frequent Fox News contributor and host of Fox News online show “Freedom Watch,” Judge Andrew Napolitano, appears on one of the craziest, most extreme conspiracy/hate/kook shows in America. Alex Jones is the 9/11 Truther who Napolitano called, “the one, the only, the great Alex Jones.”
John Ziegler went to USC to witness and ask questions about Katie Couric getting the Walter Cronkite journalism award for her interview of Sarah Palin. He intended to also give away copies of his film but was literally prevented from doing so.
He did not go there hoping for or expecting any sort of confrontation, especially with law enforcement. He was simply shocked and horrified by what happened there, as should every freedom loving American.
He did absolutely nothing wrong and was handcuffed, detained and literally abused by law enforcement at the event. The video speaks for itself, John will have plenty to say about this very disturbing episode. This video was shot and edited by Orange County Films.
John Ziegler was not involved the the production or editing of this video in any way.
The USC police told Mr. Ziegler that he was not “official” media. Perhaps one needs a government license to be media these days.

For those who are familiar with the unlawful detainment and interrogation of an airline passenger traveling through a St. Louis airport recently will find the audio below of a sitting Scottsdale, Arizona interesting.
The audio is of a defendant who was cited for a traffic violation. The defendant asks the judge who the plaintiff is and the judge refuses to answer, telling the “violator” he does not know the law and needs to do research before coming into his court. When the defendant presses the question asking if the judge is refusing to answer he is threatened by the judge and told if he persists he will be removed from the court and the trial will go on in his absence.

Check your state laws but if they allow for “one party” recording I would suggest everyone record their experiences with all state officials from dog catchers to governors.
Nine days after the illegal detention and interrogation of Campaign for Liberty official Steve Bierfeldt the main stream media has finally picked up the story.
Is it any surprise the print media is filing for bankruptcy faster than Timothy Geitner can bail them out with your tax money?
The Washington Post:
The Transportation Security Administration is investigating the detention and harassment of a Ron Paul organization official by airport screeners, an incident that was caught on tape at a St. Louis airport.
Steve Bierfeldt, director of development for Campaign for Liberty, was selected for additional screening after officials spotted a metal box in his luggage that contained a large amount of cash and checks made out to the campaign.
Mr. Bierfeldt was attending his organization’s regional conference in St. Louis and said he was keenly aware, as the situation unfolded March 29, of a controversial report issued to Missouri law enforcement officials intended to identify members of radical militia members.
“Militia members most commonly associate with third-party political groups,” said the report, issued Feb. 20 by the Missouri Information Analysis Center. “It is not uncommon for militia members to display Constitution Party, Campaign for Liberty or Libertarian material. These members are usually supporters of former presidential candidates Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin and Bob Barr.”
Mr. Bierfeldt was carrying Campaign for Liberty bumper stickers and other campaign literature, and was interrogated by TSA screeners and airport police at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport for nearly a half-hour before being allowed on his flight to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
The money he was carrying, more than $4,700, was in the form of cash and checks received from ticket sales, bumper stickers, books and other conference-related items.
Mr. Bierfeldt recorded the event on his iPhone, and provided a copy to The Washington Times for review. (Click here to listen to the audio)
On the tape, Mr. Bierfeldt is asked repeatedly where he works, where he obtained the money and why he was in St. Louis.
In each instance, Mr. Bierfeldt asked whether he was required by law to answer the questions.
“You want to play smart ass, and I’m not going to play your f–ing game,” the TSA official said.
On the TSA dot gov site Bob Burns the TSA’s official spokesblogger left the following statement about Steve Bierfeldt a conservative political activist who was detained and interrogated for “movements of large amounts of cash through the checkpoint” [which] “may be investigated by law enforcement authorities if criminal activity is suspected.”

According to “Blogger Bob” TSA spokesblogger :
At approximately 6:50 p.m. on March 29, 2009, a metal box alarmed the X-ray machine at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, triggering the need for additional screening. Because the box contained a number of items including a large amount of cash, all of which needed to be removed to be properly screened, it was deemed more appropriate to continue the screening process in a private area. A Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employee and members of the St. Louis Airport Police Department can be heard on the audio recording. The tone and language used by the TSA employee was inappropriate. TSA holds its employees to the highest professional standards. TSA will continue to investigate this matter and take appropriate action.
Movements of large amounts of cash through the checkpoint may be investigated by law enforcement authorities if criminal activity is suspected. As a general rule, passengers are required to cooperate with the screening process. Cooperation may involve answering questions about their property, including why they are carrying a large sum of cash. A passenger who refuses to answer questions may be referred to appropriate authorities for further inquiry.
At the time of this blog posting there are some 70 comments on TSA Blogger Bob’s post many questioning how possession of cash threatens the safety of airline operations. Also as of the date of this posting the TSA has not responded.
This incident in St. Louis is very chilling taking place under the shadow of a politically motivated official state reportsupported by Missouri Governor Jay Nixon (D) claiming Ron Paul supporters and members of the Campaign for Liberty are a threat to public safety and should be treated as suspicious persons.
Mike Ferguson tells Andrew Napolitano that a Missouri state senator said the media heat is off on the MIAC story and an investigation will not be necessary.
“I personally spoke with two members of the legislature this morning and all of them told me there is no investigation planned. One senators office actually went as far to said the media is letting up on it. It’s an old story where in the clear now. We don’t need to worry about an investigation.” Said Mike Ferguson

St. Louis Airport TSA thugs threaten Ron Paul supporter and campaign employee Steve Bierfeldt for carrying cash. In a covert audio recording made by the victim TSA agents become angry when he refuses to grovel at their feet and threaten him repeatedly.
Steve Bierfeldt tells Judge Napolitano he was concerned for his safety since Missouri law enforcement had just issued a warning that anyone involved in conservative politics should be considered a threat to national security.

The Iowa National Guard has canceled a planned “cordon and search” raid planned for April 2-5.
According to spokesman Sgt. Mike Kots, readiness NCO Company A, 1st Battalion - 121st Infantry his unit had planned on a 4 day training operation in a small Iowa town where they would raid suspected weapons dealers and conduct gun confiscations against U.S. citizens.
“One of the techniques we use in today’s political environment is cordon and knock,” Kots explained. “We ask for the head of the household, get permission to search, then have them open doors and cupboards. The homeowner maintains control. We peer over their shoulder, and the soldier uses the homeowner’s body language and position to protect him.”
Commanders of the Iowa National Guard had hoped to conduct military operations among the civilian population in the town of Arcadia to include “road blocking portions of the town and searching homes and vehicles,” that isuntil their plans where given national exposure by syndicated talk show host Alex Jones.
The story first broke in the Daily Times herald of Carroll, Iowa and was quickly picked up and catapulted into the national spotlight by Infowars publisher and radio host Alex Jones. Mr. Jones immediately procured a telephone interview with Iowa National Guard spokesman Lt. Col. Greg Hapgood. Hapgood told the Infowars listening audience that taking over an American town to conduct martial law training was normal and perfectly acceptable, contradicting of over 100 years of law and military tradition established at the end of the U.S. Civil War.
Mr. Jones who was clearly disappointed in Lt. Col. Hapgood’s explanation of why a military exercise pitting U.S. Forces against U.S. citizens was a good idea called on his highly educated and knowledgeable audience to contact authorities in Iowa and express their concerns over what appears to be a martial law preparedness drill.
In less than 24 hours Lt. Col. Hapgood would tell World Net Daily that the operation was scaled back and no longer involves the invasion of Arcadia. Hapgood claims the change in plans was based on troop evaluation and not public outcry.
A big round of applause goes out to Alex Jones, his staff and the millions of freedom loving Americans determined to protect our Constitution.
Glenn Beck interviews New Hampshire representative Dan Itse on the issue of state sovereignty and New Hampshire’s new bill stating sovereignty from the federal government under the U.S. Constitution. This movement has sparked other states to work toward declaring sovereignty from the federal government.
These issues are non-negotiable says Rep. Dan Itse:
Declaring martial law without the consent of the state government.
Further encroachments on the Right to Bear Arms.
Involuntary servitude of 18 to 24 year olds.
“This isn’t about withdrawing from the union. The happiest resolution of this resolution would be a renewed union within the confines of The Constitution.” Rep. Itse continues, “But if the general government nullifies The Constitution. How to you withdraw from something that doesn’t exist?”

Back in June of 2008 many Constitutionalists and pro Second Amendment advocates hailed the Supreme Court ruling of D.C. vs Heller.
The general public was told this landmark Second Amendment decision was a victory for gun owners declaring for the first time the right to bear arms was not just a states right but the right of individual U.S. citizens. Looked like a victory? But it wasn’t. In fact it is the biggest backdoor anti-gun ruling in American history.
At the end of the ruling can be found the Devil in the details:
The Supreme Court wrote that “nothing in our opinion should be taken to cast doubt on longstanding prohibitions on the possession of firearms by felons and the mentally ill, or laws forbidding the carrying of firearms in sensitive places such as schools and government buildings, or laws imposing conditions on the commercial sale of arms.”
This language from the Supreme Court has and will continue to allow lower courts to find in favor of nearly ever anti-gun law measure on the books.
The anti-liberty groups are already celebrationg their victory over freedom you can read an article published today in The Huffington Post by Adam Winkler called, The New Second Amendment: A Bark Worse Than Its Bite.
A couple of daysago this video popped up on YouTube of four people dressed up in Santa costumes in Tempe, Arizona. The four “Santas” are carrying gift wrapped boxes and large bows which they place over photo enforcement cameras operated by Australian firm Redflex.
The video is set to the music of Santa Clause is Coming to Town and in the comments section of the video they say they know who has been naught or nice.
Arizona has been the site of several citizen protest over these cameras which have popped up on every major street and highway. The citizens of Arizona feel they have a right to travel unmolested by electronic surveillance.
But manufacturers and government are working together to build a photo enforcement camera grid covering the entire United States in a couple years. The goal is to be able to locate and track any person travel America’s roads at anytime.

A Congressional committee has records showing the U.S. State Department was behind the cover up of a Blackwater killing last Christmas Eve when one of Eric Prince’s drunken mercenaries killed the bodyguard of Iraq’s vice president.
Within 36 hours the State Dept. had the Blackwater “contractor” spirited back to the United States. Blackwater has been accused in the past of being a private army for Washington’s bureaucrats.
The State Dept. then helped Blackwater negotiate compensation for the guards life with Baghdad. Turns out the life of a guard for the vice president of Iraq is was worth $5,000 in US currency.
In response to the cash payment made to the dead guards family, “(W)e are all better off getting this case — and any similar cases — behind us quickly,” a department official wrote.
