Wayne Madsen a Washington based investigative journalist, author, columnist and former U.S. Naval Officer reported on April 3rd, 2008 the existence of a document called the “C & R” document is being passed around among senior members of Congress and their staff.
Bush planning martial law
FEMA sources have told Madsen today that the Bush administration is putting final touches on a plan that would initiate martial law in the event of continuing economic collapse causing massive social unrest, bank closures resulting in violence against financial institutions and another fraudulent presidential election that would result in rioting in major cities and campuses around the country.
Troops on American streets
In addition to FEMA sources, Army Corps of Engineer sources report that the assignment of the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade to NorthCom to augment FEMA and federal law enforcement for the purpose of traffic control, crowd control, curfews, enhanced border and port security, and neighborhood patrols in the event a national emergency being declared.
America may default on it’s loans
The “C & R” document reportedly states that if the United States defaults on loans and debt underwritten from China, Japan and Russia and America unilaterally cancels the debts, America can expect a war that will have disastrous results for the United States and the world.
“Conflict” is the “C word” in the document.
Washington fears a popular Revolution
The other possibility discussed in the document is that the federal government will be forced to drastically raise taxes in order to pay off debts to foreign countries to the point that the American people will react with a popular revolution against the government.
“Revolution” is the document’s “R” word.

Get your guns and bullets and get ready to fight. Do you want to go peacefully in zipstrips cuff. Go down fighting. Resources will be very limited. I would not be surprised if they slaughtered us if food issue arise. If you cannot afford a good guns get a 22 cal and use it on a police officer or soldier and take his when the fighting starts. If you see the vehicles outside and they start picking up your neighbors have a backpack ready to move on a moments notice. Do not take your car. Just walk out of the area. Actually it is Conflict and Resolution, not revolution. And it does strongly hint at using severe measures to quell public unrest due to a possible eminent US monetary collapse. The “wars” refer not to failure to mae our foreign payments (through bonds), but to the collapsing monetary systems worldwide that would occur if our collapse prevents our repaying our global debts. Not all of us are ostriches with our heads in the sand. Some of us have been preparing. There will always be those who cry “conspiracy nut.” To those I say, would there have been a Patriot Act or Homeland Security without 9/11? Or I should ask, would such things have been implemented? Because the Patriot Act and Homeland Security have been on the books since long before 9/11. All they needed was a catalyst. Consider that there is a Universal Selective Service Act, some points of which Obama plans to implement when he becomes president. Among those points are a draft that includes both men and women. That’s what he means when he says that all young people in America should be given the opportunity to serve in the military. Another point is mandatory civil service for civilians, among which is the 50 hours for high school students and the 100 hours for college students that Obama has recently spoken of in his rallies. No, this isn’t an Obama bashing post, but if none of what has come out of the last 3 administrations (Bush 1, Clinton, Bush 2) has served to show people that our government is simply a rubber stamp organization for the UN/NWO, this latest fiasco should have done so. It means simply that the government is controlling the economy. And if the government controls the economy, guess what else it controls? I’m fully aware of the army brigade(ONE…not SEVERAL) training on US soil. Katrina proved there are times when more than national guard is needed. The 92 LA riots are another example. The fallacy of Wayne’s article is nationwide martial law…And Burgesswas referring to a House Rule, whose nickname was Martial Law, meaning that reps. can’t leave the floor of the house until work is done. Most people think all of this soothsaying is scare tatics and that America is not in a shambles. Im here to tell you as a police officer this country is done. The end of this once great nation is at hand. As a Christian and a observer of everyday evils. Well i’m still unsure on what to believe. But like the guy above said would it really hurt to be prepared regardless of what it coming? Wouldn’t it be nice to be prepared and ten years from now have a good laugh about how silly this all was? But would it be such a knee slapper if we were sitting in the FEMA “relocation” Camps? I my self will be prepared for what is coming or not coming. I believe in the lord but i’m not quite sure if this is really what he meant by revelations. Bush is not going to be the one to end the world. He may be the one to slaughter hundreds of thousands of americans like he did to the Iraqi’s but he’s to much of a fool to actually “END THE WORLD!!!” Thats just giving the bumpkin to much credit.
