Despite overwhelming opposition by the American people Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) told Reuters Democrats have reached an agreement on the White House’s bail out of Wall Street and US and international banks, saying there will be enough votes to send the bill to Bush to sign.
“We now have between House and Senate Democrats an agreement on what we think should be in the bill,” said Frank, chairman of the House of Representatives Financial Services Committee.
