Denver secret police beat and harass public

Denver Colorado police officers, Michael Cordova and James Costigan brutally beat 57 year old bicyclists who was traveling to see his dying mother.

John Heaney was riding past Coors Stadium when pedestrians in street clothes yelled, “Hey Assshole.” When Heaney rode up to the pedestrians a confrontation began that lead to Heaney’s face being bashed repeatedly into the street pavement knocking out several teeth.

It would be revealed later the pedestrians where plain clothes police aka secret police there to monitor the public. While the video of the beating clearly shows Heaney did not resist or fight back the offices who were unaware of the video would testify in court that Heaney struck one of the officers in the face and resisted arrest by punching and kicking. The video tape and eyewitness’s clearly show these statements made under oath are false. John Heaney would have served 3 years behind bars if convicted on the perjury of these Denver police offficers.

The charges against Heaney have been dismissed and Denver Police Internal Affairs is investigating, however they feel no need to “rush to any judgment” as to the conduct or character of the two police officers who’s identity they would like to keep secret.
